We empower every employee with "Stop Work Authority" - if you see an unsafe condition or practice, you are required to stop the work until the hazard is addressed. ## Training and Certification * **OSHA 40-Hour Construction Safety Certification:** Mandatory for all field staff and Project Managers. This certification must be maintained. * **Job Site Hazard Assessment:** Conduct a daily safety check on every site before starting work. * **Specialized Training:** As required for specific tasks (e.g., confined space entry, fall protection, high-voltage safety). ## Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Appropriate PPE is required on all job sites.
